Turn Around Time (TAT)
- All in stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Pre-Orders take roughly 8-12 weeks to ship from closing date.
Please remember our TAT is the time it takes to process your order and does not include shipping time.
Shipping
All tracking information will be emailed to the email address you used for your purchase once your order has shipped. Please allow 48-72 hours for your package to be scanned in by the shipping service at which time your tracking will update.
We can not change your address once you have checked out. Please verify your address prior to submitting your order.
All ship times are an ESTIMATE. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS. Claims should be filed through USPS should they be lost in the mail or not delivered. Twinkling Star Boutique is not responsible for packages once delivered to USPS.

Return Policy
- ALL sales are final and are not refundable with the exception of, if you purchase a holiday item and do not receive it by 2 days before the holiday, I can issue you a full refund. If you have multiple items on an invoice that include a holiday item and other items you are responsible for the additional shipping charge to get the holiday item to you on time.
- Personalized items are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable under any circumstances.
- Any item that a discount code is used on/sale items are final sales, we do NOT replace/discount further for manufacturing defects should your item have one under any circumstances.
- Please double check your sizing PRIOR to paying for your order, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on sizes. We can not change sizing once the order is paid for.
- Please check your items upon receiving them, any manufacturing defects must be reported to TSB within 7 days of receiving. You will then have 7 days to get your defected item in the mail with provided tracking. We issue returns labels for items with DEFECTS ONLY, should you fail to get your defected item in the mail within those 7 days, your item is no longer eligible for exchange. If I do not have an item in stock to exchange in replace of your defected item, STORE credit to our online store will be issued. If your item is being returned due to a manufactures defect/missing item/wrong sizing your item must be returned in the ORIGINAL packaging along with the tags in tact. Unwashed and unworn. A store credit will be issued upon inspection of said item when it arrives back to TSB warehouse.
- Washed, worn and items without the tags in tact are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
- ALL PRE ORDERS are FINAL once checked out. I will not refund/return for late pre orders.
